Bra fitting in the North West of England
bras4mums main office and shop is in Adlington, Lancashire. The spacious shop holds stock of current maternity and nursing bras, maternity and nursing pyjamas, maternity and nursing swimwear, breastfeeding pillows, accessories and baby slings. We may also have some discontinued and sale items that aren’t available on the website.
A free bra fitting service is available at the Lancashire shop during our main opening hours, and out of hours by prior appointment. It is advisable to book an appointment to ensure a fitter will be available for you when you arrive. We usually take about 30 minutes for every bra fitting, but sometimes you may want to spend more time trying different styles on, or looking at our other products, e.g. Lifft Slings. For this reason, we allow an hour for every appointment.
We are also able to offer a Home Bra Fitting Service to those within a 50 mile radius of the shop. This covers all of Lancashire and Greater Manchester, parts of West Yorkshire, north Cheshire and parts of Merseyside, including central Liverpool, and South Cumbria. To cover our travel costs to you, we make a small charge for this service – please ask us for the price to come to you. However, we can fit up to 6 people in one fitting as long as we know in advance and allow enough time for you all. We allow an hour for a single fitting to ensure you have enough time to try bras on and feed baby if you need to whilst we’re with you.
You will be asked for your pre-pregnancy size and current bra size when you book an appointment. This is so our bra fitters can get bras ready for you to try on. If there is anything particular you want to try on, particularly for a home fitting, please advise the office when you make the appointment.
Our bra fitters also attend ante-natal groups, breastfeeding groups and local shows and events. Please see our events page for more information. Please do contact us if you’d like a fitter to come to your group or event.
